Do’s:
Use a Baby Wipe for Touch-ups:
If you need to touch your brows, use a gentle baby wipe to avoid disturbing the microbladed area.
Avoid Eyebrow Area While Washing Your Face:
Be cautious when washing your face to prevent water from splashing onto the brows.
Use a damp sponge or washcloth to gently cleanse your face without touching the brows directly.
Sleep on Your Back (If Possible):
Sleeping on your back helps prevent pressure on the brows during the healing process.
Apply Small Bandaids (for Side Sleepers):
If you’re a side sleeper, consider placing small bandaids on the ends of your brows to protect them.
Keep Your Brows Bone Dry:
Moisture can affect the healing process, so keep the microbladed area as dry as possible. If you feel too dry use coconut oil to nourish your eyebrows.
Don’ts:
Avoid Makeup for at Least 14 Days:
Refrain from applying makeup to the brow area for at least 14 days after the procedure. Let eyebrows heal naturally.
Excessive Sun Exposure:
Sun exposure can fade the pigment and cause irritation. Protect your brows from direct sunlight. Yes, no going to beach for few days after the procedure.
Rubbing or Picking at Scabs:
Let any scabs fall off naturally. Avoid touching or picking at them. Forcefully removing the annoying scabs can lead to sub-optimal microblading results.
Hair Rubbing Against Brows:
Be mindful of hair brushing against your brows, as it can disrupt the healing process.
Activities That Cause Sweating:
Avoid strenuous activities that lead to excessive sweating during the initial healing period. Avoid gym, running and other similar activities.
